How do i clean my picks?

Hand wash with dish soap and warm water. Be gentle, no dishwashers.
Fun Fact: Brass actually kills germs! Copper and its alloys, such as brass and bronze are inherently antimicrobial. When cleaned regularly, frequently touched surfaces manufactured from uncoated copper alloy materials will continuously kill bacteria that cause infections.

Will the brass tarnish?

The final step in my finishing process is to seal the picks and spoons with a food grade beeswax sealant which will maintain the finish for quite some time with gentle care.

Over time the brass will acquire a natural patina, this will make them look more antique and vintage as they age. If you’d like to brighten up the stems and high spots, just give them a little rub with some steel wool to bring back some shine. feel free to re-seal them anytime, also.
